Just in case you will receive calls or emails about the possibility of at Tsunami hitting the Philippines due to the 8.8 magnitude earthquake that hit Japan earlier this afternoon, below is our official statement:

Donsol Eco Tour continues to observe the oceans around Donsol and Ticao Island. Authorities estimate for the arrival of the Tsunami at 6.26 p.m. tonight, March 11. The news has also said that if there is no major waves observed for two hours after the estimated time of arrival then the threat is considered to have passed. We can only continue to observe the ocean condition at this time and we will keep everyone informed if there is any major safety threat.
